YHC didn’t even realize until he saw the “Detention 2-Year Anniversary” a few lines down in the Q-Sheet that we’d been around the sun again! So, figured we’d make it an Anniversary Q. Grateful every day from the bottom of my heart for this group of misfits that was set in motion two years ago. Y’all others ain’t so bad either.
Well known that the Detainees are horrendous spellers, so we worked on our five-letter words today and I think the message stuck. B-A-N-J-O was the name-O.
Welcome, Disclaimer, and BOM

Partner up to do some Work:
*PAX 1: hits the 0.2mi track with a red in each hand, making like a turkey “taking flight” by raising and lowering bricks from shoulder to waist level the whole way ‘round. Stupid bird noise optional.
*PAX 2: Bernie Sanders (brick/backpedal up the Principal til ya feel the BERN!) R/R til PAX 1 returns and flapjack
*PAX 1: hits the track again
*PAX 2: Al Gore. Flapjack after that lap.
*PAX 1: hits the track
*PAX 2: forward leaning rest while gently touching a brick to each Nipple in alternating fashion. Flapjack.
*PAX 1 hits the track again, but with all four bricks to free up PAX 2’s paws for Jumping Jacks. Flapjack.
*PAX 1: hits the track one last time
*PAX 2: One-legged burpees (also coined “deep discussion,” or “procrastination” burpees as the suck settled in), R/R til PAX 1 return and flapjack.
Hustle back to the brickpile and put the reds in a row. Return towards the learning pod, stopping about 60’ short for YHC’s second fave: Crawling Bears x 3 rounds.
JAILBREAK! Man, that was awesome.
Naked Man Moleskine:
*6 PAX for Stridelite Rook Retrieval Mission. We returned Rookless and empty-handed to the AO… and then he goes and TOTALLY redeems himself.
*Glad to have partnered up with Patches this morning. Effortless mumblechatter.
