Moleskin – This was YHC’s first virtual Q. Like many I was not quick to embrace the change that COVID 19 has brought to us. With that being said, I had a great time leading my first virtual q and hope those who attended enjoyed it as well.

The Thang:
2 evolution’s of 3 exercises. Evolution 1 – Merkins, BBSU, and Overhead Press. Evolution 2- Squats, Roman Dead Lifts, and Gas Pumps.
In each evolution you start with one rep of each exercise, then move on to 2 , 3 and so forth all the way up to 12.
