The workout started by numbering off to begin the merkinfest. One pax will be doing merkins for the entire 45 min workout. When a pax finishes AMRAP his merkins, he calls out the next number and that man stops wherever they are and begins doing an AMRAP set of merkins. Sounded real fun on paper.

Moleskin: Great work by the pax who definitely needed some more numbers with this merkin challenge. Overall, the pax completed a total 1,100 merkins while also completing the rest of the workout. YHC is really encouraged with the pax progress esp. a couple of the newer pax who have been faithful and their work is beginning to pay off.
