Shout out to the men of Shawshank.  The Q sheet is so full, if you want to Q you have to really plan ahead.  So YHC signed up 8 weeks ago, and that time has finally came around.  The good Lord was kind enough to provide us with 98% humidity, which is the equivalent of 200 burpees.  YHC had Coon Dog confirm the math was correct and it checks.  So there’s that.  Four men showed up for Stride Light to start the day off right.  Props to Coon Dog, Cheers, Duff, and Lego.  Also, Hats off to Shortage who after some absence due to injury, made it back out to the gloom.  We also appreciate Good Hands taking time off from Pickle Ball to come out to Boot Camp.

Those fighting cancer, Our Nation, Shades of Grey has a young man in neighborhood with heart problems.

Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other, Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Just coming off of July 4 weekend where we celebrate our nation’s freedom, let us remember there is no such thing as “true freedom”.  you will always serve someone/something.  Your freedom comes in choosing who will serve.  You can serve the world with your favorite, fill in the blank, vice or you can serve God.  Choose wisely, because all of eternity rests on your decision.
