Another glorious morning at Shawshank as 12 pax tackled the Running Man. It’s always a good time when this crew gets together, but even better when we have pax rejoin after years of rest and an FNG! Solid work all around!

The Running Man
– The group moseys around the track, stopping at each corner to do x10 Squats & x10 Merkins
– The 1st Running Man (running in pairs) RUNS around the track to catch back up with the group as quickly as possible
– As soon as the Running Man catches up, they rejoin the group, and the next Running Man starts
– Every time a new Running Man starts, the group does x3 Burpees
– Rinse and Repeat until time is called
