Several blocks and lots of reps

Home again this morning. YHC likes to take his wandering Q’s back to his home AO of Graveyard at least once a month. There’s always a little bit of the friendly grumbling, but at least they can count to 2! (Looking at you Shawshank). Anyways… thanks to JoePa and SoG coming out for Stride Lite. Graveyard was the original AO in Lexington, and in YHC’s opinion, it should have a solid group for SL every week. Not long ago it was just YHC out in the pre-bootcamp gloom; its great to see more PAX interested in enhancing their workouts!

#TCLAPs to SoG and Bulldog for taking up the slack (Spackle was MIA) and providing much-needed mumble chatter to bring some humor to the suckfest of reps.

#TCLAPs to JoePa for hauling butt up Reaper Hill during the sprint portion of the workout. Dude was sucking wind and passing PAX left and right.

Count off in pairs, partner up, grab a block, and head to Reaper Hill

Now at this point, YHC got a little impatient, and so decided that when he arrived (alone) at the base of Reaper Hill, he’d start counting in a reasonably slow cadence. As the last PAX finally arrived, YHC was up to 11-one-thousands. Because YHC was made to wait, 11 burpees OYO were called. Now that all are gathered, can we start the work? Great.

Mary Break
Flutter Kick x10 IC, don’t drop feet, leg raises ( Iron Cross, but hands under butts ), x10 on the Q. Keep feet in air for 3 rounds of this madness. No one enjoyed this, including YHC.

Back to the relays:
1’s over-head-carry, keeping the weight on shoulders (no locking arms)
2’s curls for them girls; Flapjack until total of 300 curls

1’s sprint to 2nd SET of lights
2’s tricep extension; Flapjack until total of 200 curls

Ran out of time, take blocks back, then head to flag!
