Scooper leads charge at Turning Point

Today, 15 pax including one FNG showed up at Turning Point for a Scooper led charge. Very good turnout and all the Pax worked hard completing the various stations around the track. Hopefully all of the pax enjoyed the fun of the eight stations that YHC used during his first Q at Turning Point.  Today marked the one year anniversary for YHC and I wanted to bring something the pax at Turning Point would feel challenged themselves.  Mumble chatter was very good as the Squats and MERKINS added up.

SSH x 15 IC

Count off to four and group up with your group number

Group 1 to station 1

Group 2 to station 3

Group 3 to station 5

Group 4 to station 7

After completing each station Pax will sprint to middle of field and do 25 SSH Rinse and repeat until all stations are completed

Station 1- Bunny Hop up stairs 20 Squats at top sprint down 20 MERKINS 20 LBCs

Station 2 – Plank Walk up hill 5 Burpees Sprint down 15 Carolina Dry Docks 20 4ct Flutter Kicks

Station 3 – Go to Brick pile get two Bricks 25 curls for the girls/25 tricep exts/25 Shoulder presses 10 diamond MERKINS /10 Iron Crosses

Station 4 – Brick pile grab Blocks/bricks 25 deep Squats/ 20 alternating lunges 20 Partner decline MERKINS 15 BBSU

Station 5 – 20 Jump Squats, 3 sets 10 calf raises in each position ( regular, heels in, heels out) 20 MERKINS 20 LBCs

Station 6 – 20 Peter Parkers / 20 Parker Peters,15 Carolina Dry Docks,20 4ct Flutter Kicks

Station 7 – Go to playground 10 Pull ups, 15 Body Rows, 10 Diamond MERKINS,10 Iron Crosses

Station 8 – go to benches 30 dips, 20 incline MERKINS, 20 partner decline MERKINS, 15 BBSU

While waiting for pax to finish 30 4ct Flutter Kicks, 30 MERKINS, 50 squats

Line up on side lines sprint to other side 5 Burpees sprint back 5 squats

rinse and repeat decreasing 1 Burpee each time and increasing 5 squats each time until down to one Burpee and up to 25 squats

3 minutes imperial walkers
