At the start of this new year I decided I would get out and Q at each AO that conducted a Saturday WO. My first Saturday Q was today at Graveyard on a cold and clear 35 degree morning. Some of the veterans of the AO had given me a heads up as most of the PAX who show up on Saturdays at Graveyard play ultimate frisbee. No problem. I will modify.
After disclaimer circle up for a SS hops, TT tunnel, little baby arm circles, Imperial Walkers etc to help get warmed up.
Count off into teams. I called out an exercise to do after each turnover (squats, merckans) and burpees for each time a team was scored against. This went on for the first 15 minutes or so and then straight play without exercises except when there was a score (burpees). This went on for remainder of today’s work out.
Always inspiring to to see the younger crowd come out on a early Saturday morning to get better. They inspired me and I hope I inspired them a little. Thank you for having me today. It was an honor.

We all possess these qualities. The passage tells us if we possess them with INCREASING MEASURE they keep us from being ineffective and unproductive. The passage does not give a limitation or capacity of these traits just simply refers to having them in INCREASING MEASURE. There is no limit on how much of these traits we are to have within us. PAX looking to be better in their homes, lives, workplace were encourage to seek out those men who demonstrate these traits. Men who have strong marriages, God fearing children, successful careers etc. Amen.
