The Thang: Grab blocks from pile, mosey around walking track stopping every so often with excersises as follows; LBAC 10 forward 10 reverse IC, Squats x 15 IC, Overhead press x 10 IC, Merkins x 10 IC, Bent over rows x 10 IC, Carolina Dry Docks x 10 IC, Steps ups on picnic tables 10 each leg OYO, mosey to brick pile for wall of fire, 1st run to playground equipment and back, 2nd chest press x 15 on walking path and back, next all Pax balls to the wall 60 seconds.
2nd Thang: Frisbee golf, pick object to hit with frisbee, 1 burpee before Pax throw, winner 5 SSH and loser 10 squats, remainder of holes, Winner 2 burpees and loser 4 burpees.
