13 PAX posted for some relay races after three tries of making sure the numbers worked out. Some were confused (Wapner), others were not (everyone else).

The THANG:

Mosey to back parking lot for COP- SSH, TTT, Imperial Walkers, Shoulder circuit all IC with reps ranging from 9-15
Split off into groups of 4 people. Split off into groups of 3 people. Practice the relay race in the park lot. Make sure you slap hands with your partner- that is key. One person sprint while other two plank until everyone has sprinted.
One person in the group go grab a block while the rest of the group took the long route and all met up on the track. Split off back into groups of 4 people. Three stations along the track where a PAX would be performing the state exercise. One person on the team would be running from one station to the next, slapping their teammate for him to then sprint to the next station. So, in theory, a member of your team was performing an exercise at every station while one person was in between stations. Rinse and repeat until YHC yells “freeze” to give the next set of instructions. Here is how the stations shook out:
Station 1 (with blocks)- curls for the girls, shoulder press, elf on the shelf squat edition, dips
Station 2 (over by the BB court)- hydraulics, T-plank merkins, bear crawl up the hill, back pedal up the hill
Station 3 (over kinda near playground I guess)- squats, lunges, squat jumps, burpees
Mosey back to shovel flag for count-a-rama and name-a-rama

24 Saul answered Samuel, “I have sinned. I have transgressed the Lord’s command and your words. Because I was afraid of the people, I obeyed them.
This is right before David takes on Goliath and will become kind of Israel, Saul has fallen out of favor with God because of his sin. Instead of obeying God, Saul obeyed people.
Who/what are you afraid of (from an earthly standpoint) that is causing you to obey someone/something other than God? Is there something keeping you from obeying God?
