- Block Swings x 15
- Tire flips x 5
- Block deadlifts x 15
- Battle Rope x 15 swings/arm
- Pull ups x 5
When we hit about 25+ minutes into the workout, drop reps to 10/3/10/15/3
Put blocks, tires, and ropes back up and mosey back to the flag
