Missing Muffins and AOQ

The search for muffins and Boo Boo was on!

YHC had previously bought muffins for the FIA lex girls who worked out at the homestead and helped my M miss two weeks of posting cause YHC was consumed at the gauntlet. Originally there were enough muffins for the fia girls mo day and the detainees on Tuesday… but the raccoons got em all!

Other than that this morning was great!

Conditions: 47 degrees and clear.

Circle up, welcome and prayer, disclaimer. 1 FNG who was as big  as a house.

The Thang: Due to the kid bailing out on YHC there was a quick circuit put into immediate action and it was tough!

Mosey to basketball court warmups with slo mo merkins and migrating SSH

station 1: 5 man maker burpees

station2: 10 Merkins

Station 3: 20 curls with blocks

station 4: 10 tire flips

station 5: 20 hammer downs on tire

station 6: bear crawl 30 yards

station 7 lunge 20 yards

rinse and repeat 5x

this was a gasser but shout out to the PAX who pushed through the pain and worked hard at getting better! Rename put in great work glad to have him back out.

Mosey to flag. 4 jail break sprints to keep the heart rate up.

Last but not least we finished the way we began with YH’s favorite slo mo merkins On my count.

great work to those who had the guts to finish and attempt this one.

Always a great time to lead the detainees! Missed the AOQ boo boo on his home turf tho. Seems to be a habit when YHC q’s

Mark the upright man

Psalm 37:35

“I have seen the wicked in great power, And spreading himself like a native green tree. Yet he passed away, and behold, he was no more; Indeed I sought him, but he could not be found.

The Worldly Man leaves no mark

Guys I’ve been teaching my son baseball and he’s doing pretty well.

As kids do he still struggles with the sport.

He’s 4 years old and I can see in him the attitudes and attributes of my. Or how my attitudes have marked him even at a young age.

I’m coming up on 10 years of marriage and I can see where how I argue or how I apologize has marked my wife.

Psalms says the sinful worldly man is a dime a dozen,

Mark the blameless man, and observe the upright; For the future of that man is peace.”

Psalms 37:35-37

The Bible tells us to take note of the people who aren’t throwing their lives away but a leaving a lasting mark.

Mark the uproar man Mark him as someone to follow mark him as someone who is full of peace

Not only should we mark that type of man, but should we not also be the type of man that someone else can mark.

Today as we leave the challenge is for us to take the day the situation and the environment that we are in and leave a mark on it that makes a difference.

What matters the most will also cost us the most
