YHC was asked to pick a location to Q for a “Westside Takeover” on March 1st. So, YHC decided to bring his talents to The Arena. This was YHC’s first time Qing here so YHC wanted to bring a good workout for the men of The Arena. Here’s what we did:

Jog 1/4 mile around the parking lot and circle up.

TTT x 20 IC
Imperial Walkers x 20 IC
Squat x 20 IC
LBAC F x 10 IC
LBAC B x 10 IC
Merkin x 10 IC, hold plank, right arm up, center, left arm up
Plankjack x 10 IC, hold low plank
Mountain Climbers x 10 IC
1 burpee with 1 merkin
1 burpeee with 2 merkins
Rinse and repeat to 10 merkins
1 burpee with 9 merkins
Rinse and repeat down to 1 merkin
Mosey to the breezeway
Line up at first pole. There are 20 poles in total. Bear craw as far as you can until failure. Take 20 minus the number poles you bear crawled to and do than many burpees. If you bear crawl the entire way, no burpees.
Rinse and repeat with crab walk.
Mosey to the basketball courts.
Strings of Fire
Perform 6 Derkins, 6 BBSU, 6 Jump Squats. Run to far end of court, perform same set of exercises. AMRAP for 8 minutes.
Mosey to side of the school for peoples chair. 2 minutes of peoples chair.
Mosey to front of the stairs.
Find a dry spot on the sidewalk.
