With arrival of the new F3 card deck a workout was easily planned. Next time YHC will be sure to review exactly what some of the exercises are. In any case it provided good mumblechatter and creativity from Pax and Q alike.

The Thang:
Go around circle each Pax drawing a card and the group performing the exercise and reps as listed. Rinse and repeat. Made up some rules along the way as well “modified” some exercises. Lots of fun was had.
