Found a parking line- 30 seconds each set- Hop front to back, Hop side to side, then Kris Kross, step up on curb.
Curb to Curb
Set 1: Jog to curb, 10 Merkins Jog back to curb, plank for 6
Set 2: Jog to Curb, 10 Squats, Jog back to curb, plank for 6
Set 3: Lunges to curb, 10 burpees, Lunges back to curb, plank for 6
Set 4: Jog to Curb, 10 Bobby Hurleys, Jog back to curb, Plank for 6
Mosey to bus circle- Plank for 6
Partner 1- Run laps until
Partner2- finishes 10 Merkins, 10 Squats, 10 Burpees, 10 Bobby Hurleys
Partner 1-finishes 10 Merkins, 10 Squats, 10 Burpees, 10 Bobby Hurleys
Partner 2- Run laps, once partner 1 finishes exercise both Pax, plank for 6
Rinse and Repeat
Mosey 20 yards until Wapner’s wisdom informed us the gate is locked on the back side of the school. Then Mosey to back side of traffic circle
Run over hill to other side 10 Merkins, People Chair for the 6
Run back over hill 10 Squats, Plank for 6
Run over hill 10 Burpees, People Chair for the 6
