YHC’s first Q at SnakePit. Humbled by the four SnakePit faithful that decided to enjoy the gloom for a little SnakePit suck. If you have never traveled to this AO, you are missing out. There are endless options to bring the suck early in the gloom, not to mention plenty of stairs and hills to challenge all skill levels.

Mosey to lower field for COP

Mosey over to the bleachers
Four Corners of Suck, Start at lower left corner 10 burpees, up the stairs and 20 lunges, run across the top of the bleachers and then 30 Merkins, down the stairs and 40 (deep) Squats.
Rinse and repeat for two complete cycles, 200 reps.
Mosey to the Football field.
Large Tire Flip the full length of the Field, Five Flips and rotate, when not flipping the tire, lunges and jump squats until your turn at the tire.
Mosey to BIG staircase.
Reverse Suicide, YHC almost spilled the Merlot, impressed with the men of SnakePit, no one complained, sucked it up and killed it.
Return to the parking lot using corner sand trail, ran up backwards! One last burn.
Time to circle up and do some Momma
