Conditions: Humid. Warm and the air was thick!!
12 PAX started and somewhat finished the BEAST!! Quiet at first and then some mumblechatter but once the Beast was unleashed, it was quiet again!!
16- LITTLE ARM CIRCLES
Mosey via Indian run to back soccer field via side walk, the long way of course!! Initiate the BEAST:
6- Carolina Dry Docks- sprint to the other side
6- Big Boy Sit Ups- lung to mid field or between the two fields, as the PAX continuously pointed out!!
6- Squats- sprint to other corner
6- Burpees- Kamikazee (I know that is not what it’s called, but I am the Q) to mid bench line and then sprint to other corner
6- Smurf Jacks- Crab crawl, Bear crawl or a combination of the two, depending on the PAX chatter.
6- Murkens- sprint to start
RINSE AND REPEAT X 5 (suppose to be six however, due to excessive Chatter, we only got 5 completed)
Mosey to shelter
The PAX conquered the BEAST with motivation and well, Chatter!! Great work and outstanding stamina!!
