YHC loves Thanksgiving and all the good things that go with it. Especially the food. With that in mind, YHC thought it would be a good idea to design a workout that would burn as many calories as possible in effort to make a little extra room for some good eating later in the week. 8 PAX burned a total of about 4000 calories this morning. That’s a lot of turkey! Great work, men! Here’s how things went this morning at CAT.
