YHC told the pax what was going down at Cryptonite yet 8 pax posted anyway. Time prevented us from completing the full mile but the pax responded well this challenge. It was horrible.
Conditions: 35 degrees, clear

Burpee Mile = Broad jump then burpee; R&R around the track until 6:50

In about 40 minutes, most pax completed about 600m or a lap & half around the track. That’s approximately 600 broad jumps and 600 burpees.

Devo: Matthew 5:43-48 “You have all heard that it was said, “You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.” But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those that persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same?”
-Some Tclaps for the Respect crew: Rocking Chair showed a little late but still lapped some of the field. Buzzsaw knocked out a few pull ups after 600 burpees.
-YHC first heard about the burpee mile 3 or so years ago. It was one of the dumbest, most impossible sounding things YHC had ever heard of. A few of benefits of F3: 1) You get in pretty amazing physical shape if you’re consistent, 2) you learn quickly that you can do a lot more physically than your mind thinks you can, and 3) the CSAUP line keeps moving further and further away.
