6 pax posted for a replay of some Saturday block and brick work on the track at Turning Point. Here here is what went down
Conditions: Mid 50’s almost perfect
The Thang:
Disclaimer/BOM/Prayer
Mozey to back lot and circle up for COP:
- SSH x15 IC
- LBAC x10 IC Each way
- IW x15 IC
- TTT x10 IC
Divide into groups of 3, Mozey to brick pile, grab a Block and 2 bricks per group then Mozey to the track
Pax #1 on near side of Track with block:
- Block Merkin x1
- Block Squat x1
- Block Curl x1
- Block Shoulder Press x1
- Block Tricep Ext x1
- Block Lunge x1 each leg around the track
- Rinse and Repeat until runner tags off
Pax #2 on the far side of the track with brick:
- Curls for Girls x10
- Shoulder Press x10
- Tricep Ext x10
- Walking Lunges around track x10 each leg
- Ta-Palms until runner tags off
- 8 count – Squat/Curl/Press/Tricep/back down
Pax #3 is runner
- Run from Pax #1 to Pax #2, trade places and Pax #2 runs back to Pax #1
- Rinse and Repeat until time is called
Return blocks and bricks back to brick pile and mozey back to flag
