Burpee Block and Ta-Palm Relay

11 pax toke their recommended dose of the Daily Red pill on Saturday and posted for a smokefest at Turning Point.  They don’t show up for easy workouts, especially on a Saturday, so here is what went down

Conditions: 70’s and a nice breeze

The Thang:

Disclaimer/BOM/Prayer

Mozey to back lot and circle up for COP:

  • SSH x15 IC
  • IW x15 IC
  • LBAC x10 IC Each way
  • OHAC x10 IC
  • Dirty Birds x10 IC
  • TTT x15 IC

Divide into groups of 3, Mozey to brick pile, grab a Block and 2 bricks per group then Mozey to the track

Pax #1 on near side of Track with block:

  1. Block Merkin x1
  2. Block Squat x1
  3. Block Curl x1
  4. Block Shoulder Press x1
  5. Block Tricep Ext x1
  6. Block Lunge x1 each leg around the track
  7. Rinse and Repeat until runner tags off

Pax #2 on the far side of the track with brick:

  1. Curls for Girls x10
  2. Shoulder Press x10
  3. Tricep Ext x10
  4. Walking Lunges around track x10 each leg
  5. Ta-Palms until runner tags off
    1. 8 count – Squat/Curl/Press/Tricep/back down

Pax #3 is runner

  1. Run from Pax #1 to Pax #2, trade places and Pax #2 runs back to Pax #1
  2. Rinse and Repeat until time is called

Return blocks and bricks back to brick pile and mozey back to flag for Mary
