It was the second workout at F3Lexingtons 17th BC location and YHC was excited to see 14 pax drive, walk and golf cart into the parking lot. What is even more awesome is that out of the 15 total pax, 9 returned from Tuesdays launch and 2 more FNG’s. YHC is looking forward to seeing these guys get after it for a long time to come. YHC decided it was as good a time as any to break in the new blocks that our esteemed Nantan so graciously provided for us.

Mosey to block pile, grab a block and then line up in the closest parking lot.
20- Curls for girls with blocks then lunge walk to the designated parking spot (about 15yds) and back. Rinse and Repeat for 15 reps and 10 Reps
20- Shoulder presses with blocks then jog to end of parking lot (about 40yds) and back. Rinse & Repeat for 15 reps and 10 reps
15 – Squats with blocks the bear crawl about 15yds and back. Rinse and Repeat for 10 reps
10- Thrusters with blocks then jog to end of parking lot and back. Rinse and repeat for 10 Reps again.
Put blocks up and slosey down the sidewalk to the retaining wall. Reach your hand up as high as you can. When YHC says start jump and touch one block above what you could reach continuously for 30 sec. Then peoples chair for 1 minute. R&R 2 more sets..
