13 PAX post for YHC’s first F3Lexington Q. The air was filled with good energy, trepidation, excitement, and a dash of mystery. Would YHC deliver? Could he count? Did he get a quick in person tutorial (Yes). The reality of the situation is that YHC had a long unbroken streak of only Qing at his beloved F3Depot. Today that streak was broken.
Conditions: 72 maybe 73 glorious degrees provided a nice reprieve for the PAX before getting to work.

- Hillbilly x 10 IC
- High plank (for a minute or so) – No recover
- Low plank ( 30 sec or so) – No recover
- Back to High Plank (10 sec) – No recover
- Plank Jack x 10 IC – No recover
- Mountain Climbers x 10 IC – recover
Warm Up Extended
- Squats x 10 IC
- Monkey Hummers x 15 OYO
- Squats x 10 IC
- Monkey Hummers x 15 OYO
- Squats x 10 IC

The Thang
- Single file line, mosey around the parking lot – to the block pile
- Head to the hill with block in hand
- Head about half way up the hill sans block. Clockwork merkins. At 5 Merkins at 12, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9.
- Ring of Fire – Each PAX Cusack’s block (5 burpee penalty for putting it down), Pax to my left does 5 overhead presses, all the way around the circle. Rinse and Repeat.
- Curls for the Girls x 10 IC hold half way. Recover
- Partner up. Partner 1 farmer carries blocks around track, Partner 2 10 merkins runs to catch Partner 1. Switch. 1 time around track.
- Return blocks mosey back to the starting point
