We had a stray “C.A.T.” member show up this morning (my brother) to join us at becoming better men and add “Another Brick in the Wall”.
Conditions: Hot and humid
Mosey around parking lot and doing butt kicks and high knees
-10 LBAC reverse
-20 flutter kicks
-Planks-Arm up-Right-Left -Center
Grab 2 bricks from the pile and mosey to the concession stand. Line up on the Wall and do People’s Chair. Hold bricks out in front of you while taking turns running to the fence and do 10 Merkins. Modify with bricks down.
Mosey as a group around the trail:
First Bend stop and do 20 Squats
Third Light pole do 20 Curls
By the opening do 20 flutter kicks
Stop by the next bend and do 15 LBCs
Mosey to the parking lot and line up.
Grab 1 brick at a time and run to the speed bump and start a stack. Run back to grab another with an exercise in between.
Reverse the order to bring the stack back to the beginning. Rinse and repeat. We did this six times including:
10 Raise the Roofs
10 Fluter kicks
10 Peter Parkers
10 Ray Charles
10 Parker Peters
10 Dying cocaroach
and a few more that I cant remember
After putting up our bricks we finished up by the shovel flag with 10 Iron Crosses and 15 Calve raises
We prayed for the police officers who’s lives were taken from us.
