Abs, Abs and more Abs

Weather this morning was a nice 70 degrees, but the PAX still was able to break a sweat.

We warmed up by running around the parking lot to stop back where we started to circle up and do some exercises in cadence.

20 SSH, 10 TTT, 20 Imperial Walkers, 10 Merkins

The Thing:

Partner up for some ab work.

100 partner BBSups as a team. Each PAX does as many as they can until exhaustion, then switch with their partner holding your feet.

When done, mozie to the end of the covered walkway and lunge back

100 partner iron crosses (standing partner keeps count and pushes their partners leg down and to the side)

50 partner plank claps (partners plank facing each other and alternate hand claps. 100 total, 50 each arm)

100 partner lbc’s ( feet touching partners feet. 100 each person)

100 Mountain climbers

50 V circles ( American hammer stance. Opposite partner circles their feet around their partners feet who are holding their feet up and steady. Rotate direction each time. )

50 partner Freddie Mercuries.

The time seamed to pass quickly, which was nice. Hopfully we all made our abs better and stronger this morning.
