YHC is still smarting from his 1st run of the Kamikaze last week @ Turning Point. I forgot how great the AO was, frankly. So much potential…and yet when you play The Game of Dice, you hardly scarcely move from your spot. The addition of some CORE (#Boneyard) & Weight (#Anchor) elements has brought a little inter-AO flavor to the fun. The BEST part of the workout, however, is & always will be the 2nd F during the 1st F. Thanks for having me, fellas. It was hard, but it was worth it.

A kettle bell & cinder block for Dealer’s Choice exercises were passed around ahead of the dice.

5, 10, 15, 20, 25 & 30 reps of Burpees, Lunges, Imp Walkers 4 Walker, Merkins, Plank-jacks & Squats (respectively). Sprint across the soccer field after each set.
