Curtis P = All with block: Clean from the ground, front squat, Left leg lunge, Right leg Lunge, Overhead press. All that is 1
4 corners with an exercise at each, 10 Merkins, 10 Squats, 10 situps, 1 burpee.
After each exercise the PAX mosey to the center to perform 5 Curtis Ps. Rinse and repeat, adding 1 rep to each set, until time is called.
Most PAX completed 4 rounds: 46 merkins, squats, and situps. 80 Curtis Ps the real crowd pleaser. Some PAX completed 5 rounds, 60/100.
