5 Pax beat the fartsack to show up for YHC’s Q at Tread. The pax got in some miles with rucks and then swung a few bells.

YHC called some SSH and LBAC to warmup. YHC called curls for the girls x 20 IC and Tricep Ext x 20 IC because YHC didn’t want to neglect 3/5 of the upper arm. YCH also called some crowd favorites, such as around the world and I’m a little teapot. YHC then allowed dealer’s choice and finished with some light, standing gumby.
