A combination of 22 pax from Speedtrap and Roost converged at CHS this morning for a tour of the grounds. It was good to see some old and new faces make the trip across the railroad tracks. Mumble chatter was just getting started and then it was time to take off. Here’s how it went down.

Head down to lower parking lot by football stadium and circle up in the middle.

10 burpees, run to corner 1 for 40 merkins then back to center
10 burpees, run to corner 2 for 40 LBCs then back to center
10 burpees, run to corner 3 for 40 monkey humpers then back to center
10 burpees, run to corner 1 for 40 squats then back to center plank on the six
Tuber wanted to keep doing burpees but YHC had other plans in mind
Head down road to intersection of outer loop. Run the outer loop until you get to bus circle at front of CHS alternating 10 merkins and 10 squats at each light post. Yes even the broken one. 10 total stops. LBCs on the six
Partner up at bus circle for good ol’ chase the bear. P1 bear crawls up the hill while P2 does 10 merkins. Flip flop all the way up the hill until you reach the gate at upper parking lot. Run over to walkway bars leading down to amphitheater and do 20 pull ups. Head down to bottom of amphitheater flutter kicks on the six.
Staying with same partner. P1 does step ups while P2 runs the circle around the amphitheater. Flip flop. Then continue sequence with dips and derkins (crowdpleaser). Once complete both partners head up to upper parking. P1 wall sits while P2 runs to fence and back. Flip flop until time is called to head back to flag.
