A little cooler than yesterday but it would not take long to get heated up. Some became victim to the Fartsack but 5 showed up for some childhood memories of the card game UNO.

Pretty simple concept. Each Color has a exercise associated with it. Whatever the number on the card then do corresponding exercise. 0 is 10 reps and if you pick a wild card you get to pick the exercise along with the number of reps.
After all PAX show their cards run the ramp to the gate entrance of the track
Red=LBCs
Blue=Merkins
Yellow=Burpees
Green=Squats
We got in plenty of work and about 2 miles of running.
