IT was a nice unusually cool morning for June in SC. Would have been a great morning for a run but YHC doesnt like running so guess what… We didnt run.

YHC had the speaker ready and the Pax gathered round for some good tunes and some good work.
The Thang:
3 cycles, 6 exercises 1 min each with 10 sec rest in between. 1 min recovery between cycles

- Derkins, Round 2 Merkins, Round 3 Werkins
