Tabata Time

IT was a nice unusually cool morning for June in SC.  Would have been a great morning for a run but YHC doesnt like running so guess what… We didnt run.

Instead we do Tabatas.

COP:

Windmills x 20 IC
TTT x 15 IC

LIttle Arm Circles x 10 each way

Mosey to block pile and grab a block.  Cusak to middle school.

YHC had the speaker ready and the Pax gathered round for some good tunes and some good work.

The Thang:

3 cycles, 6 exercises 1 min each with 10 sec rest in between. 1 min recovery between cycles

  1. Curls
  2. Burpees
  3. Clean and Press
  4. SSH
  5. Derkins, Round 2 Merkins, Round 3 Werkins
  6. Squats
