62 degrees, dark, foggy, wet & dew-ish, free of plastic ferns, truly glorious!

Moleskin:
Another great workout with the Strut Brigade. Wasn’t sure how today’s plan would workout, I hope you all enjoyed it. We did miss Cut Off this morning as he always brings our median age down in our probability distribution.
Lastly, no tribute is proper without a live version, so, without further delay, ladies and gentlemen, from their 2011 Time Machine Tour, here is Rush, with Red Barchetta:
Announcements:
- Pray for Panjanimal and a recovery for his back issues. Time to encourage the encourager.
- Continue to pray for Walker and his family, looks like Walker is coming home to Lexington, so lets continue to pray for him. See the CaringBridge website for info: http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/walkerphillips/journal
- Continue to pray for Stones.
- Signup to Q, many, many openings throughout F3 Lake Murray Region, then rinse and repeat.
- F3 (2nd and 3rd Fs) Lunches are a-plenty. Check Twitter and the website for details. In fact, there is a whole lot going on, so check the website and Twitter often for updates. Another good place to look for updates/info is in the announcements of the posted Back Blasts.
- See Palmetto Place Auction and Golf Tournament Preblast – http://f3nation.com/2014/09/23/palmetto-place-auction-and-golf-tournament-preblast/
- The Mud Run is coming up this weekend. If you are running, get your team’s beverage donation in ASAP. Each team needs to bring one case of their beverage of choice and drop it off with Neckbrace. Water, beer (or Sway’s preferred Zima), and/or Gatorade. The BeerBoat is looking for you! If you are not running in the Mud Run, then Neckbrace could use your help with the beverages (setting up/handing out, not drinking).
- Convergance next weekend for those not attending Mud Run: 6:15 @ Foxhole, Chernobyl has the Q; 7:00 @Graveyard, No Help has the Q.
- Palmetto 200 is still available to for sign-ups. Mungo is the Q and he is looking for some #Swagger and/or #Stride boys to fill a team or two, so chop-chop!!
- Governor’s Cup is still available for sign-ups. Magoo is the Q. Join in his XL runs as well for training.
- Go Ruck (aka “The Back Pack Thingee”) is coming up in November. Watch the aforementioned Twitter for Go Ruck workouts. Go Ruck Yourself!
- Have you checked Twitter and the website for updates yet?!
