6 pax committed themselves to get better on this humid June morning. YHC expected a little better showing (more than 2) since Speed Trap was converging with us but we went with what we had and got to work. Here’s how it went down:

Head down between the school and football field and circle up on concrete pad.
SSH (IC) x 10
TTT (IC) x 10
IW (IC) x 10
Squats (IC) x 10
Head to opposite side of parking lot for parking lot circuits. Complete the circuit shown below starting with 6 reps at each station. After each round add 2 more reps for rounds of 6, 8, 10, 12, and so on.
All pax made it to the round of 20 reps with a few making it to 22 reps. Complete round of 20 meant 104 reps were covered at each station. 2.5-3 miles covered as well.
Solid work by all this morning under super steamy conditions.
