Mosey to the basketball court and divide into two teams

Layup drills: bear crawl the width of the court to earn a layup attempt. Make 10 ride side layups followed by 10 left side layups. First team to finish wins.

Free throw competition: 10 merkins to earn a free throw. First team to make 10 free throws wins.

3pt shoutout: 20 squats to earn a 3 pointer. First team to hit 5 wins.

    standard basketball suicides x 3.
  • Basketball suicide while in a low defensive stance x 2. Right side then left side.
  • Wall sit 1 minute x 2 with recovery in between.
