A few minutes before 5:15, 4 pax exited their warm and comfy cars and entered moonlit track at Roost. The last to enter was a face not seen in many months, Funnel Cake. After YHC did a double take off we went.

This is normally the point in which Toothpick moans and groans about another 4 corner parking lot Q but YHC threw curve ball this morning (even though Toothpick wasn’t there).
Head down to lower drop off loop for 4 corners. Run to first corner and perform first exercise and then complete loop run. Run to first corner complete exercise, run to 2nd corner, complete 2nd exercise, complete loop. Keep adding corners for rounds 3 and 4. Starting round 5 start reducing corners to complete 7 total loops.
Corner 1: 10 Burpees,
Corner 2: 20 Squats
Corner 3: 30 Merkins
Corner 4: 40 Monkey Humpers
At some point during this Funnel Cake had a summertime flashback and went shirtless. After collecting his laundry we made our way to the outer loop and headed back to flag while stopping at every light post and alternated between 10 LBCs and 10 plank jacks, approx 16 stops. With under a minute left we finished with 20 American Hammers.
