12 PAX enjoy (term used loosely) a variety of exercises with a nice almost 1 mile warm up. Temps were a cool 36 before the windchill.
Warmed up with almost a mile around the school at CAT center.

This was a roughly 20 minute AMRAP session of the below moves:
5 Burpees
20 Squats
4 Burpees
15 Big Boys
3 Bur[ees
20 Merkins
2 Burpees
60 second plank
REPEAT for as many rounds as you can do.
Switched exercises after the bitching about burpees exceeded my threshold.
10 Hanging Knee Raises
15 Reverse Crunches (Didn’t care how you do it, just do something that works your Ab)
20 Dying Cockroaches
30 ‘Merican Brick Hammers
40 Laying Brick passes (Lay on your back and butterfly the arms while passing the brick between arms at the top)
Time up, bricks up.
