College Game Day Special

After offering up a prayer asking GOD to lead our mighty GameCocks to victory, 32 PAX braved chilly temps, 63 degrees, to spend 45 minutes on the field of battle.  The Thang,  take a lap, 20 SSH, 20 TTT, 20 IW, 20 little arm circles, 20 LBC’s.  Count of 1’s and 2’s.  1’s hit the wall in a chair rest position while 2’s line up on the sideline, drop for 10 merkins, sprint to middle of field, 10 squats, sprint to opposite sideline, 10 Burpees, back to middle for 10 squats then to starting point, finishing with 10 merkins.  Rotate with the 1’s.  Rinse & Repeat.

Move to the 50 yard line.  50 SSH, lunges to the 40, 40 IW’s, bear-crawl to the 30, 30 Merkins, lunges to the 20, 20 squats, bear crawl to the 10, 10 Merkins, Rinse and Repeat.  Mary circle, 20 static leg lifts, 20 Merkins, 20 LCB’s.  Prayer requests, Prayer, Ready for Game Day.  Broke Strong.
