*Circuit Training: 15 Minutes
**Push-Ups:** 10-15 reps
**Mountain Climbers:** 30 seconds
**Plank:** 30 seconds
**Jump Squats:** 10-15 reps

Repeat the circuit 2-3 times, resting for 1 minute between rounds. Feel the strength build with each rep!
