With a nice chill in the air, it was time to get the heartbeat up and YHC decided to make a trip to Hamburger Hill. With 14 trips up and down the hill, the pax got their chance to suck in that cooler weather. Great having Nantan McLovin visiting our AO.
Weather- 49 and perfect
5 burpees, 25X IC SSH, 5 burpees
Grab bricks and head to HHill.
At the base of the hill, exercise called and then up to the top of the hill and back.
Squat Press 12X IC; 20 step back lunge with curls, 20 Jump Squats, 20 tricep kick back in lunge position.
Rinse and Repeat above.
One more trip back to the top of the hill with pavers. 9 trips.
Converse intersection- Abs- 25X IC LBC with pavers, 25 BB situps OYO, Flutter Kicks- 25X IC with bricks in air; and Russian Twists with bricks- 10X IC
Citadel Park- 5 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 Hand-release merkins, and 15 squats
Back to Hamburger Hill
5 burpees- top of hill; 10 mercan rows- top of hill
Rinse and Repeat with one more hill run for 14 total
