A few things we learned: Flipshade comes very well prepared for his first solo Q and Minion brings out the teenager in all of the Woodshed Pax.
Warm Up- it was quickly noted that Serena brought out twice the crowd as Flipshade
SSHx 20, Little baby arm circles x 15 backward and forward, Imperial Walkers x 20, LBC OYO x 20, Squats x 25.
After the warm up get in two lines for the indian run. Down Olde Knight, right on Galway and right on Macon to the first intersection. Stay with your partner- partner 1 runs down to the end of the cul de sac and completes 5 burpees. Partner 2 amrap merkins and then switch. regroup and indian run down to the next intersection…same burpees at the end of the cul de sac but partner 2 does squats. next stop big boys, next stop lunges, next stop LBCs and Flutter kicks. Not sure how Minion took over the mumble chatter but lots of laughs and immature talk out on the course today. After hitting all the stops on macon rd take a right onto old woodlands and right onto olde knight headed back to the park. Time for a stop for pull ups, dips and lbcs. Jail break back to the AO. Much more running than expected from Flip shade. Work was done on a fun morning.
