Start with the disclaimer and a mosey to the corner of Wheat and Pickens to start a warm up. Circle up and complete 20 Side Straddle Hops (4-count in cadence), 20 Merkins (OYO), 20 LBCs.
Mosey up Pickens to Blossom, right on Blossom, time to tackle Henderson hill and mosey to the top. Stop at the top of Henderson and Greene.
Partner 1 – Lunge walk down the hill about 25 yards and lunge walk to the top of the hill
Partner 2 – rest in high plank and rotate through Right arm up, center and left arm up
P1 and P2 switch
Rinse and repeat 1 time.
Mosey up Greene to the Gamecock in front of the Russell House, complete Merkin waterfall. 4 pax circle up and hold high plank. 1 pax completes 5 merkins while other pax hold high plank, switch to Pax 2, then 3 then 4. Repeat until all pax have completed 25 merkins.
Quick mosey to Longstreet theater steps. Run to the top of the theater steps, complete 15 merkin, run to the bottom of the steps and complete 15 LBCs. Rinse and repeat decreasing by 1 on each exercise each time, for 10 minutes. Congrats to W2 for completing all 15 rounds.
Mosey down Sumter street to Blatt field. Complete 40 second People’s Chair, 20 second break, 60 second People’s Chair, mosey to Pull-up bars, complete 3 rounds of 5 or 8 pull-ups. Mosey to bleachers and complete 50 dips, mosey to top of steps complete a final round of merkin waterfall, each pax complete 10 merkins total.
