In preparation for this evening’s MNF showdown between my beloved Baltimore Ravens and the Houston Texans, YHC wanted to take the pax on a walk down the streets of Charm City, my home town of long ago. The thang:
Warm-up: SSH, IW, TTD, LBAC X2, Abe Vigoda X2, Merkins, Burpees
The Preakness: Run to guard shack and back.
Row House Block Party: Bent row, overhead press, bench press, triceps, curls, goblet squat.

Row House Block Party (II): The same as above but substitute weighted lunge for goblet squat.
The Preakness (III)
Crabcakes and Football (or crab-o-rama): Crazy crab, crab humper, crab jacks. (Wash, rinse, and repeat).
