The Thang:
Following a disclaimer, we moseyed to the front of the school and circled up for a socially distanced COP. YHC called SSH, IC x 20, IW, IX x 20, and then we had a dealer’s choice for the pax to practice calling an exercise IC. We went around the circle and back to YHC for Alt. Lunges, Carolina Dry Docks, Low Country Crabs, LBC’s & Russian Twists, all IC x 20. Then decline merks, dips, sumo squats and incline merks all x 20, OYO, 40 calf raises OYO, 20 Heel Touch Merks and 20 Iron Crosses OYO, and 10 diamond merks OYO.
We partnered up for an Indian Run back to the parking lot for some plankorama and then regrouped for an Indian run to the lower playground where P-1 did 10 pull ups, while P-2 did plank jacks AMRAP. Flap Jacks for 3 rounds. Then we lined up for a return Indian run to the parking lot and 2 minutes of Mary to end with some Boat/Canoe. A real #CrowdPleaser
