It was a perfect morning to be out in the gloom, as the weather was great, and everyone gave great effort.

The Thang:
Jog to the grass on the far side of the front of the school, and circle up:
Side Straddle Hop x25 IC
Freedom Twist x20 IC
Carolina Dry Dock x20 IC
Freddie Mercury x20 IC
Merkins x10 regular, x10 wide arm, x10 diamond (OYO)
Leave campus running towards Shandon Wood Animal Clinic, and stop at parking lot on other side: AMRAP the following circuit for 5 minutes: 10 merkins, 15 LBCs, 20 squats
Jog to corner of Daly and Michigan and partner up:
First partner starts doing big boy situps, while other partner runs to end of Michigan, does 5 burpees, and runs back. Flapjack. (goal was to complete 100 big boy situps between 2 partners)
Repeat, but first partner now does reverse LBCs, while other partner runs. Flapjack. (goal was to complete 150 reverse LBCs between 2 partners)
Run to wall at end of Michigan street and do peoples chair for one minute with arm raises
Partners then complete 20 iron crosses. Flapjack
Do peoples chair for another minute with arm raises, and then jump wall and mosey to dip cage.
At dip cage, first partner does 10 dips while other partner does squats. Flapjack. Then first partner does 7 dips, while other partner does squats. Flapjack. Then first partner does 5 dips, while other partner does squats. Flapjack. Then first partner does 3 dips, while other partner does squats. Flapjack.
Jog to parking lot and do one minute of front/back line hops.
Circle up and everyone was told to keep their arms up during this entire circuit: Little baby arm circles, forward x15 IC and then backwards x15 IC, Raise the roof x30 IC, Overhead clap x30 IC
Do one minute of side to side line hops
Jog to wall beside big field and do another minute of peoples chair with arms raises
Jog to Hollywood Squares for one last exercise: Superman crunch x10 IC
