The THANG:
Run to grab blocks, circle up in field by tree of life:
- .75 mile run
- 100 push-ups
- 100 squats (with blocks)
- 100 curl press (with blocks)
- 100 sit-ups
- .75 mile run
Reps can be done in any order and number the man chooses, they just must add up to 100.
After completing the second .75 mile run, just start over. Most pax got to around 700 reps of each exercise
Put up blocks and run to bottom of hill by the school:
- Sprint to top – touch the school – 1 burpee at the top
- Run back down – 1 burpee at the bottom
- Sprint to top – touch the school – 1 burpee at the top
- Run back down – 1 burpee at the bottom
- Rinse and repeat times 2
- Sprint to the top – 8 burpees
1 minute wall sit, followed by burpees x 5
Rinse and repeat x 3
