It was a great morning to be out in the gloom with my fellow Scorians who resisted the fartsack to come out and get better. Even the temperature was pleasant.

Mosey to the field and circle up.

SSH x25 IC – stretching exercises
Captain Thor x10 OYO (1 Big Boy Situp followed by 4 Russian Twists) – more stretching exercises
Prisoner squat x20 IC
Mountain Climber x20 IC
Freddie Mercury x20 IC
Mosey to the brickpile and grab a couple bricks and head out to parking lot
Line hops for one minute front to back and then side to side
Jog to side corner of Dreher
Five minute AMRAP: 10 Carolina Dry Docks, 15 arm flutters, 20 big boy situps (all with bricks)
Jog to front of school
Five minute AMRAP: 20 curls for the girls with bricks, 20 tri-cep extensions with bricks, 20 reverse LBCs holding bricks out to side
Jog to wall and introduce the Dodo bird: peoples chair holding bricks straight down by your side. Lift arms straight out to side, even with shoulder, and hold. Lower arms. Lift arms straight out to front, even with shoulder, and hold. Lower arms. Repeat this 4 times.
Introduce Blackjack:
Do 1 merkin, and jog across field and do 20 LBCs (for a total of 21 – Blackjack)
Run back and do 2 merkins, jog across field and do 19 LBCs (Blackjack)
Plan was to continue until got to 20 merkins, but ran out of time.
Return bricks and jog back for COT and BOM with Brickpile.
