7 Pax defied Waffle House and decided to get better after a 4 am SAFE Run for Stride Lite. We had 8 from our AO show up at 4 am to log miles. As a group, we collectively had over 45 miles (at least as of my calculations).
Needless to say, we opted for a boot camp with less running this morning for YHCs 1 Year Q
