Mosey to the Bus Loop. Deal (1) card to each Pax. Start (2) piles of cards, pile (1) for exercise and pile (2) is for reps. Lay a card in each pile, do exercise as a group, run a lap around the loop as a group and return to the card piles. Plank for the six. Lay 2 more cards, exercise, run, plank and do it again until out of cards.
Mosey to the front Lot by the shovel flag.
Shuffle the deck, deal (10) cards and play war. Turn over 1 card at a time, do exercise and quantity, jog to the light pole at the end of the parking lot, return to the cards, repeat until last card is laid. When the deck disappears the cards that are left seem to have been handpicked!
