2- 10 man makers, 15 tricep press, 20 core, suitcase carry weight to corner 3
3- 10 thrusters, 15 curls for girls, 20 core, mosey to corner 4
4 – 10 Merkin variation, 15 squats, 20 core, mosey back to corner 1
Rinse and repeat
