THE THANG: Back for PAX who start R@W at 5:15 for the dumbell loop. Rudder surprised us on the upper loop that we had to do a double upper loop to get 4.5 miles. Cheese had to get going so Rudder and I ran the upper loop in the opposite direction. He was right 4.5 total with the double upper loop.
